Minions in Breach need to be reworked in these areas:
1. They do too much damage. I die more to spear minions than I do players, and players that kill me, tend to kill me because I am getting poked at constantly by minions. Making defending a point, or trying to assault the RAM nearly impossible.
2. Minions interrupt. WTF??? Im in the middle of an execution so that I can get a little health back, and a spear minion interrupts me, or even worse KILLS me because of the sheer amount of dps they do. Not to mention, it interrupts revivals... you know, things we need to do to stop the HORRID 30 second spawn timer.
3. Speed in which they are spawning is 10 seconds too fast.

I barely get hit by them and maybe killed 1-2 times in 12 matches or more. They are even underwhelming.
Am with OP there I think they should not interrupt executions. At least not by just one poke. In my opinion it would be better if they don't interrupt that at all or only interrupt after landing a significant amount of hits.
Whether or not you get hit by minions also depends a lot upon your class you choose. If I take my Highlander for example the recovery times in between strikes leave him open and unable to move so often that it is easy to get a poke here and there and hence get interrupted in what ever you want to do. As Jian Jun on the other hand has quite I had such a fundamentally different experience of breach. Of course maybe OP is somebody who rushes into the scenes more like he is used to from dominion, but I would not brush it off just as a git gud and l2p thing. Minions are not targetable and hence provide a most lethal threat whenever another player of the opposing team is around (unless you have a character that has good enough mobility and decent recoveries to avoid all problems with ease. I also think 10 dmg is indeed still a bit too high for that clunky system like we have at the moment.
Revive is annoying too but at least you just stop in the progress bar and can continue where right where you were, that is ok to me. You can prioritize then to kill the minions before reviving or decide to take a couple of hits and try to finish the revive.
Soldiers are fine as they are . This is a strategic mode , not a deathmatch . If you cant use your brain and not fight near the minions its your own fault . I agree on the executions , not the revive tho . When it comes to reviving you can take your time and kill the minions . That doesnt apply to execution . Thats the only thing that I would change
The only thing the minions do is to lose the meaning of the martial art. And it's unfair too. Instead of 2-3 enemy heroes, you need to fight against them + 3 minions + an officer.
Two possible alternatives:
1. make the minions like in dominion in that they cannot interrupt an execution
2. make them walk only in the central area - escorting/attacking the ram, leaving only the officers in the ramparts

Also regarding, that I am here since pre-launch, and I got enough "pure" martial arts during the last 2 years.
Go fight the previous versions of the minions then claim they need another nerf. They used to be able to hit you through your guard stance AND dealt more damage which has now been fixed. The Pikeman are not the minions of Dominion they ar enot meant to be slaughtered in waves, they are meant to deter the player from taking objectives and blocking the ram.
Pikemen should stay as they are.
Sorry to say, but 'git gud'
1. Don't fight enemy heroes in their minions.
2. Back off if enemy minions come your way
3. Wait for your own minions if you really have to fight there.
It's even possible to parry Pikemen!
I also think that interrupting executions is good and should stay.
No sane soldier would just stand there and watch his Commander getting killed like that. And as this mode is a sieges styled OBJECTIVE mode it's perfectly fine.
Also if you need heals... Go to freaking healing zone.
Yeah executions are important for defenders to reduce attackers tickets. And it's important for attackers to remove a defender from the map a little longer. So equip a QUICK execution and only use that and not your endless cutscene.
