The few we have left are day one players not going anywhere if leaders are your issue your welcome to my title and our leaders are willing to promote. Everytime we tried a move we lost people. Would rather stay with our core then lose more in a move.

Nothing like that man. I could care less about a leadership role. I just can’t convince our guys to jump to a group half our size. I see their point unfortunantly
