Yesterday I lost my 25+ hours of Ghost Mode process because I fell through the map and died without any chance of revival. Is there any way to have my save recovered?
My friend swiftly left because I thought the AI allies would find a way to magically rez me, but they couldn't reach me either.
Really sucks because there was literally nothing I could have done, I wasn't even spotted by any enemies. Just a random hole in the map.

Same problem.
There is no much incentive to play a mode that will lost you a lot of time because of bugs, and bugs this game have plenty.

only way that you could have averted this is by fast travel before hitting the buttom.

lol... I exited a helicopter only have a lag of inertia throw me into the rocks. There went 12 hours.

@cym104 Nope, died already shortly after I fell through the invisible gap. I took the screenshot after I was already in downed state for several seconds because it took me a moment to realize what had happened.

Thanks. Any chance that my save can be recovered? Just got killed the same way. Fell thru the world.
Learned the hard way to always make a copy of the save game after some hours playing.
Just think of it as quicksave

Does that actually work though? Guess you'll have to cut internet connection before you die and then put the save in?
