Crash at startup after freshly installed Windows

I'm right after format and reinstalling windows. Unfortunately For Honor is crashing at startup and before it was working flawlessly. I've installed both DirectX and net framework and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package. However I'm sure there's something else I'm missing... sigh. Any clues?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Azalore,

I'm sorry to hear that this is occurring.

Just to confirm, you've updated all your other drivers and updated to the latest version of Windows too?

Do you get an error message and if so what does the message state?

    Thanks

    Hey,
    Thanks for reply.
All drivers are updated. I've used "Driver booster" which search for any driver that is not up to date. Everything seems fine. I've checked the "Support" folder in For Honor directory and also installed DirectX from there.I disconnected my xbox controller and receiver to be sure there's no conflict, but it still crash.

It crash after splashscreen on startup the only massage that shows up is: "Oh no, it crashed! For Honor crashed. Help us out by sending the crash report" which I did. I have no idea if I can check the report myself.
Other games for example Hearthstone, Overwatch, Battlerite works just fine.

Also, I found many topics saying that GeForce Experience may cause the crash, but I'm not using it.

I'm assuming you did a full reinstall of UPlay and the game? If not, have you tried verifying the game files?

I just tested out rainbow six - works like a charm. It seems For Honor is the only game that crashes.
Yes, I did verify the game files.
Gonna download the game again. It's the only thing left I can do.

I know this is clutching at straws but have you added it to the exceptions list on windows firewall, or whatever other security software you have that might interfere with the game in some way? Is your user account an admin account? Does the game run with admin privileges?
