and that sucks..
not just you, bro. most of us. in my case, it reappears everytime my Ghost Mode character levels up in Tier mode. but the blue paint is still locked. now, all of my ghost mode characters are gone (dead)...all exo parts are locked again. *sigh*
I'm really sorry that the reward became locked again after you went through the trouble of earning it! The team is working on this issue.
