No I haven't, I just ignore them now.

Everyone gets the men's health tips. And for as long as I've been using YSFE I have never seen a women's health tip. Just make sure your gender is correct on your profile page of the Your Shape Center and your fine.

Only male tips or multi-gender tips are available in the game.
