Downloading game third time. And all times getting error 05020000. Verifying files and reinstalling doesn't help.

Yes. From Uplay and Steam.

It happens because thermal paste is running out
I'm taked apart the computer and noticed that thermal paste is dry out. Check your thermal paste if nothing is helping on forums.
