DUDE !!! I launch the game play just one casual duel not ranked and at the end of the game the rank screen shows up and i go from Platinum 1 to Gold V what's up with that ?! I didn't even leave any ranked game before that happened ! This is unreal !

BTW I should mention that i won the duel in question ! So there was no reason for my rank to lower in the first place !

I'm sorry you had this experience. We performed a maintenance today to resolve this, so please tell me if you see an issue like this again. Please also let me know if playing a ranked duel reverts your ranking.
