I would really like to know if the retargeting by Dwarf King Clyde after his warcry hit is intentional or if it is a bug. By retargeting I mean the instances when Dwarf King charges an opponent and delivers his initial hit and then changes target for his normal attacks. As far as I have seen Hercules Clyde does not behave in this manner, after his initial hit he is still locked to the same target even if another unit is spawned next to him.

The behaviour of Dwarf King is really becoming a problem since the rebalancing when a lot of units recieved major buffs in their health pool. For Dwarf King to kill important targets he needs to stay locked on his initial target otherwise it is often 4 mana thrown down the drain.

I would be very happy to get an answer to this question, if it is unclear what I mean I'm happy to try and expalin it better.

Hello there!

I looked into this for you. Dwarf King Clyde will attack whoever is closest to him. If using his warcry causes his enemy to be pushed back further than a second unit, he will change course for whoever is nearest to him.
