How do you limit the number of weapon slots in loadouts, like you could do in FC4?

In FC4 you could pick how many weapon slots were availably to the player (0,1, 2, 3 or 4). I want to create loadouts on my map that are more traditional 2-weapon loadouts. I think 4 weapons is wayy too many for a non-open-world RPG setting (basically Far Cry Arcade maps).

How do I do this in FC5?

As far as I know, there's no way to limit the amount of weapon slots a player can have. You can change how many weapons are in a starting load out and leave some empty so people don't start with more than 1 or 2 guns, but they can always pick weapons up until they're full again afterwards. If there's some way to do this, I'd like to know it too.

That sucks, I wonder why they removed good features from Far Cry 4?
