uplay stuck on initializing download | Forums

Hi

I have just downloaded "Marching Fire"
and it is stuck " initializing "

I had no problem in the past why now ?
I have tried to run in "Admin" but is not working

Please help

I am having the same problem with this PC, it won't get past "initializing..." in Uplay. But my other (non-gaming) PC in the household on the same internet works fine. I tried all the suggested solutions in the Ubisoft guides. And all my other programs on this PC work and connect perfectly fine. Could someone please help? It's only Uplay that won't connect to the internet...
