I got a 2 hr ban for saying sp1cy in chat. This isn't a bad word nor a slur of any kind so please explain this ubi. For you daredevils out there you can try it yourself.

Strange. I think Ubi executed their ban filter in the wrong way.

The best solution would have been to negate the whole message if it contained a blacklisted word so no one would see it. It would prevent unjustified bans and also the toxicity would be prevented. For people, who try to circumvent the blacklisted words and are caught through the reporting feature or video, image submissions should get the strict penalties.

He didn't get banned for saying spicy. He got banned for saying a racial or homophobic slur. The ban does not happen instantly as you type.

the ban typically happens within 1-2 minutes of typing the word, depending on the word.
dropping an n bomb or doing the whole cartmans super hero name, will be a near instant ban lol

so you can get a ban for saying "Just ate a burrito guys and it was hella sp1cy!" lol. I'm all for censoring offensive things and punishing people but this is ridiculous.

I mean Ubisoft, you can always censor the offensive words. No need to ban people. Also, I got banned for typing my friend n-word. He is my friend and it is a thing between us, you do not have to ban. Just censor it.
