Event reward screen deadlocks from randomly tapping buttons | Forums

Whenever I try to collect event rewards and repeatedly tap Claim button, green button with gift symbol, game stops responding. Happens almost with every event.

Thank you! Ok, so this happens when you click the green gift button, and then after you click the claim button? Does it ever allow you to use the X to close out and move on to the next gift, or does it freeze before you get the chance?

That's right, game freezes right after I click Claim button. Pressing X afterwards does nothing. I am not using X to move to next reward because that seems redundant. I am pressing gift button multiple times instead until reward window disappears and new window appears with green claim button.

My theory is I have opened multiple windows of same gift icon. Pressing buttons afterwards makes game to request same reward second time.
