Solid fix, good job Ubi. More positive customer service efforts like this are what I hope to see moving forward.

Now can you move all the terrible social wheel content into the prestige crates, fix duplicates in the spec ops crates and start prorating the price of store packs where we own SOME of the included content?

Ubisoft do not typically offer store or crate items as rewards.

Sorry, but this isn't right. In a challenge long time ago the golden muscle car was a Single Player reward.

And I really wish that there will be more of this better stuff. Who cares about patches or warpaints!? We work (more or less) hard for the rewards and there have to be a nice "incentive" (right word?) for us to do the challenges. And as a solution proposal for people who bought stuff in the ingame store (including me): how about a deduction for packages if we own one or more items of it? For example the golden cars: the pack costs (don't know it exactly right now). You own 1 of 3 -> price is reduced to 2/3. How about this idea?

I spent no money on that “White Chopper,” so I didn’t get scammed. When I unlocked it, I called it up, looked like a white chopper, said “yup, that’s a white chopper alright,” and forgot about it.

I could see if people spent money on this, or if it was a HUGE and time-sinking event, but it wasn’t.
