Matthew W (9/4/2018, 1:05:21 PM): Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Live Support. Please give me a moment to review your case. In the meantime, feel free to add any additional information that may pertain to your issue, and I will be with you shortly.
Matthew W (9/4/2018, 1:05:28 PM): Hello God-Of-Steel, thank you for contacting us today. Give me just a moment to review your case file and see what we can do to help you.
    Me (9/4/2018, 1:05:38 PM): ok
Matthew W (9/4/2018, 1:06:31 PM): Thank you for your patience.

I am sorry to inform you that all in-game purchases for content are considered final, so we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange once a transaction successfully goes through. I am sorry.
Me (9/4/2018, 1:07:23 PM): still its a bug with an overlay sys and the game your going to report it to the devs still right
Matthew W (9/4/2018, 1:08:07 PM): I'll make sure they know that this happened. And I'm confident they will be able to determine the cause.
    Me (9/4/2018, 1:08:26 PM): ok
    Me (9/4/2018, 1:08:32 PM): bye

We have a system in place that double checks if the purchase is intended. Do you feel that we should make it require more checks to finalize in-game purchases?
