1 year of everyday activity account just got reset to 0
Hello everyone! I am the leader of Card Cartels team and we got an interesting situation, our co-leader woke up today and his account reset to a brand new 0 lvl new kid, the funny thing that now in team we have 2 guys with identical nickname so game thinks that its him and allows it! Nickname is OLDSNOOVA he will post here his account details but we really waiting for devs to help us, u can join the team if u want to see that.

So, this is my account we are talking about. Yesterday, everything was normal. Today, I got a "game verification" error message that came up a few times. This is on Andriod, by the way. I cleared the cache of the game and same error along with the "log in to Google Play" error. Frustrated, I decided to delete the game and re-install. Didn't come back to the game until this evening, so many hours passed and... what do you know? I get the opening cut scene of the game and the tutorial stuff. I thought that when I got to the PvP section it would get me back to my account, but nope! Was back to level 1. I'm thinking it will reset itself in a day or so, but my teammates were adamant that I post here what happened. It will all work itself out. If it doesn't... I'll keep playing. Love the game... but that is a bizarre glitch.

Hey there,
Your account progress is associated with your Google Play or Game Center account. If you logged out or switched accounts please ensure you log back into the correct account. If you go into Google Play Games you should be able to see your account details and your main account will likely be the one that has completed the most achievements. If you're unsure which account it is, please try logging into the game using each account separately. I don't have access to the e-mail address associated with each account but you may be able to reach out to Ubisoft Support for help with that, should you not be able to find the correct account.
