Haha, so I actually raised a ticket and a case number has been created, let's see how long it takes for them to resolve this.
Also, don't they have any sort of monitoring to detect this type of thing? I would imagine multiple levels of alerts, checking all server processes are alive and up, and also just some raw things like how many concurrent games are being played at the moment, then if that number is below a certain averaged threshold based on day / time, raise an alert.

Yesterday it worked fine, now Im again unable to join Co-Op.
