Hi, so Ive been playing GRW for a while now without issues. However 2 days ago I started to have a problem: I log in via Uplay, start my game as usual. When I try to join a Co-Op game it searches forever and comes up with a text saying that would you like to start a new session? I click yes, get in game but no matter how long I wait there is just the icon that shows me that matchmaking is in progress. However nothing happens and I never get into a game.
How can I fix this? Im running on Windows 7.
I have the exact same problem. Friends can join, but matchmaking never finds anybody.
I think the code was..... matchmaking error sucre-00000
Win 10
Having this problem too, matchmaking is not working and all i get is a "matchmaking error sucre-00000"
I'm quite sure I'm not breaking the suspense here, but I've been having the same exact issues described, despite my technical configurations being in proper specification.
Maybe somewhere in the Ubisoft technical operations server farm, the "GhostRecon_MP_Service_007_Good_Fixed_final" service crashed and the ticket is lost in space due to the veteran support personnel all being out on labor day vacation. Hopefully there will be a conference bridge where they call one of the devs on vacation, and grunting and trying to make the issue look as sophisticated as possible, he/she tells someone 4319 miles away to "right click on the service and press start", and then all will be well.
I've got the same problem. Although i don't get any error codes whatsoever, but the match making never finds anyone:/
Same problem here, for nearly two days. Friends can join my game, and i can enter theirs.
I tried several different savegame slots, still no success. I also can't find any games playing Narco Road and Fallen Ghosts.
Sometimes i get the error code, "matchmaking error sucre-00000" when i return to the main menu (but i think only after i launched a game).
[EDIT] Forgot to mention, im gaming on a Win 7 PC, but yesterday i asked a friend of mine to host a game, and to start public matchmaking, on his Win 10 PC. After 1 hour of gameplay, nobody joined us.
Same here for 2 days right now.
No public sessions can be found. And i thought imy connection is the problem...
Oh, I thought my setup was a problem! :O I did reset my network and Im having good connection (can watch videos at 4k etc. without lag). But still, cant find any Co-Op sessions.
I may have missed it, but I guess technically no one asked UbiSoft to fix the issue, as the questions I remember seeing were assuming the client was the problem, while other replies were confirmations.
And so just to make it perfectly clear that paying customers are requesting for issues in the production environment to be looked upon and resolved - UbiSoft, can you please investigate and resolve the issue ?
Thank you.
