[PC]Audio cuts out constantly and the game eventually crashes | Forums

After the maintenance on August 14th, the audio while playing the game cuts out around every 30 seconds and the game crashes after about 15 minutes of playing. The game has been literally unplayable for over 2 weeks now. I've gone on ubisoft support and nothing they've given me has helped fix the issue.

I'm sorry to hear that the troubleshooting provided didn't seem to resolve your issue. I'm not sure if this was already done, but I see in your system files that your graphics driver is from April. Please update to the latest driver if you haven't already.

I've updated my drivers every week cause that's all I've been told to do and it still isn't working.

Have you disabled background programs and any overlays that might be conflicting?

It's been nearly 3 weeks since I've been able to play the game and I've gotten almost no help with this problem. I've tried pretty much everything, I've even reset the entire computer and it still won't work. There is honestly no possible way my computer is the reason why the game isn't working.
