Everytime I attempt to launch the game it starts, shows a black screen which minimises and cannot be maximised (sound from opening scenes still play).
I have freshly installed it, ran as admin, altered screen mode via config verified and restarted PC.
None of this has helped the issue at all any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey MrKestryl, can you try any of these steps you haven't tried yet? Let me know if that doesn't help.
