Game freeze and crash upon glyph upgrade | Forums

Ive been playing mmeg for a bit now and its fun, although i cant get around the hiccups that prevent my progress. After the most recent raid update my game freezes exerytime i hit the glyph upgrade button. I cant upgrade glyphs and/or make any progress. Sadly though despite all efforts to report in dedicated discord game chat and more no help is being offered. If one cant play the game whats the point. Its been over a week now and ive been patient hoping for a patch because things like this happen but since im no youtuber its been a week of nothing but dismay... Hopefully a fix is found for those who still have the patience because i have seen that others share this same issue.

I guess you are playing from a Samsung device. The Dev team is already aware of the issue and the fix will be deployed with the next update. I am really sorry about it and the inconvenience this issue is causing you!

Hi, yeah I've had this same problem since the last patch that involved guild raids. I'm also on a Samsung device so that may be the issue. They told me to 're install the game and clear data and cache which I did all but still hasn't worked. Hopefully they do get this taken care of soon as I can't progress much further since I cannot upgrade my creatures glyphs .
