For those who might need it. Tutorial to spawn unlimited NPC + Zombies using the Dynamic Spawner.

This is sick, I've been waiting for a tutorial. It kept not working for me because I was spawning in Wave 1 Zombies.
The only downside to this is that I am pretty sure (no proof just my thinking) the unlimited AI is the cause for all of the budget issues that have plagued this update. I think the best move for Ubisoft is create a third separate edit mode (in addition to DM/TDM and Solo-Co-Op) titled simply "Zombies" i.e. Create Zombies Map. Remove the dynamic spawner and unlimited AI options from the main modes so creators can continue creating maps as they would before, but add a third mode to create simpler Zombies maps that can take advantage of the unlimited AI.
Heck, my latest map (a very small map that is a recreation of the set from a famous comedy TV show) was at around 25% in all budgets until this update. Weirdly, it still shows that I'm well into the green on every budget meter but I still cant place AI or much of anything else. Kind of a piss off when the only reason I was holding off releasing it was because I was waiting for the update to come out and release the new AI so I could make it a true zombie map.
Again, I don't know this for sure, and it would probably take a bit of blood, sweat and tears to patch in but hey, Far Cry 5 is not even a year old. It should still be getting patches/DLC/assets. 343 supported Halo 5 until summer 2017 and they just released a mega patch fixing every problem that was in the Master Chief Collection, a game from 2014.
There is no excuse that Ubisoft shouldn't keep supporting this game, at least for until 2019-2020.
But that's just my two cents.
Thanks for the video, that was helpful.
I made a small test map with one enemy AI in wave 1 (required for map to validate), and the spawner linked to wave 2 AI. As soon as the one AI from wave 1 is killed the game ends. The dynamically spawned zombies are not reflected in the enemy count.
The thing I'm trying to wrap my head around is what's the best way to implement this into the gameplay?
I guess you could have your wave 1 "boss/bosses" AI on the far side of the map so that you need to fight your way through the dynamically spawned zombies and the game would only end after the wave 1 baddies are killed?
I'm sure there's other approaches, just need to think about it differently from what I have been doing.![]()
