Hello,
I accidentally made the wrong selection for my character in Story mode. How can I change/reset the appearance?
I have not done anything in the story mode yet.

Can I get my entire account reset? It's not like I did anything with it yet except the tutorial.

Unfortunately we aren't able to do that.

I find this hard to understand and a bit disconcerting. What I am requesting isn't unreasonable and the data of my account can support that I have not even done a single thing other than the tutorial. I have not even achieved a single objective in the story mode.

Can someone explain to me the reason that such an action as resetting the account will not be permitted?
As you realize this is extremely important to me.
