Hello,
I originally purchased Wildlands on the Steam platform, and just now I have purchased the season pass on uPlay without knowing that it would be incompatible. The DLC is not available from the menu and has the following message:
"You have already downloaded this DLC. Please install it in order to play."
Apparently the only way to resolve this is by opening a case/ticket with Ubisoft support, however when I try to submit the case or start a chat I get the following error:
"There was an error processing your request, please try again later."
Can I get any assistance here because the support site just isn't working...
Never mind I was able to open a ticket on my phone. No idea why my PC/browser would have any issues.
