Ok pal, if you insist it can't be dodged I guess it can't be dodged. Stay salty bro.

I didn`t say it cant be dodged. You can dodge it only if you get lucky in this 50/50 mechanic, but you havent universal option to dodge it every time. It`s just random, if you`ll do wrong move you`ll be punished for try to dodge it. It's clearly unbalanced, I don't know why you don't wanna to admit it.

Admit what? That there's no way to avoid it? Well, I'm not going to "admit" that because it's completely avoidable. Sure, it's cheese and believe me, nobody hates the cheese in this game more than I do, but as cheesy as it is it can be dodged and if you have HA, you can trade with it. You can even land Demons Embrace through it. Warden is by no means unstoppable because of his shoulder bash.

It's called following up a dodge with a quick light attack. Or even a shove of your own. Even if they feint you're going to at least put them on the defence. They have to block or dodge at that point. And if the charge hits you then you either suck at dodging or are in a VERY narrow choke point (like a small bridge). Which is bad situational awareness of where to fight your enemies. Unless the plan is to quickly catch them unaware somehow and toss them over the edge.

Also might want to keep in some distance from not only the warden but ALL enemies. It really helps. Regardless of the attacks they use. Close in from time to time of course but maintain distance when you're not swinging hits. Refills your stamina if nothing else. And charge attacks will be easier to be noticed due to the fact that they have to come at you.

And it's NOT 50/50 at all. It's all about skill, situational awareness and known when your opponent will strike. If you're a light class and keep laying on the light attacks they won't have the time to prepare a charge. Though even light classes can't hit forever but that's where you BACK UP and remain focused on dodging. I side step people all the time. Sometimes I don't but that's not "luck". That's me not being quick enough to dodge in time.

Doesn't bother me any. When I play my warden I don't even use the combo. Which I think it throws alot of players off when fighting me, becuase I think they expect me to use it, but I never do. Well correction, I will use it. But very rarely. I use them against specific classes, but even then not that much. Typically everyone just spams attacks so I just block them and then parry when they are out of stamina and hit them with two heavy attacks.

Love doing it aginst those "stealth" classes, like the samuria and assassin types. I get a lot of hate mail from those players becuase their spamming lights don't really work.

hmm. well maybe u can react to it if your part fly but in most cases its basically feeling like a 50-50. Obviously its probably a bit op or broken due to the fact that about 75% of the ranked players I face are warden. I mean its a popular class but since this buff all I'm really seeing is wardens. Even on the 1v1 and 2v2 tournaments I've watched all the top players are playing warden. Seems like the only class that really counters the Warden well is the gladiator. When you dodge you really don't have time to know if he's feinting a parry or going for the GB. So you kinda have to guess after you dodge if your going to throw an attack or not. If you don't he gets a free GB and if you do attack he will get a parry. So everyone can argue it, but its very strong and maybe a bit too strong in my opinion.

Following a dodge up with a light attack into a hyper armor shoulder dash? Are you god damn daft!? "Keep laying on light attacks they won't have the time to prepare a charge.".. Do you play For Honor? Are you playing the same game that everyone else is? Are you not playing on PC? What a sick joke this thread is.

Guess it´s time for someone to hit the lab and practice how to sidestep, how to interupt and how to punish
