I have a question I see a lot of people ask what platform and connection other people have when they have issues. So is this game cross platform play as in the are these match making lobbies include pc and console players or is it just pc vs pc and console vs console.

No, you can only play agaisnt people on your platform. PC vs PC, Xbox vs Xbox and PS4 vs PS4. The only cross platform thing about the game is the faction war.
