    Ubisoft Support is a ******* joke

    Hello guys and thank you for your time!
    Recently, I have downloaded the free version of For Honor on Steam but activated it on the wrong account.
    Before you say anything, I told them that if they fixed my problem that is their responsability to fix, I might buy the dlcs for this game.
    I contacted them on Facebook, on their chat, I even sent some tickets but nothing seemed to help me.
    And they gave me different responses, on Facebook they told me to create a ticket and update it with the info, on their support chat they told me to take a hike and I haven't still got a response from my ticket (I've already sent many, but closed most of them except the latest one).

    That's the error I got.
    What should I do, guys? I do not want to play on the wrong account, but I also don't want to spend money to buy the game.
    I hope they fix my problem soon or I won't spend any more money on their content.

    Your Steam account is now linked to the correct Ubisoft account. What happens when you start For Honor from Steam while logged into EUSOUOlol account in Uplay?

    For honor

    I've tried to login to Uplay now for weeks and thge 2 step verification no good as cant use the authenticator at all as asks for a key to use as which I dont have and want it turned of as its a pian in the ***. I've used my backup codes and can't use them again so they was deleted of save file. I f cant get this sorted then all games been buy that use this site will be hacked and use them instead with no game site access as this is getting beyond a joke now and will stop buying these sort of games that need to go to the game site as just not worth it where as steam is no problems at all with logins all the time..........

    Just goes to show Ubisoft are a bunch of FKN idiots only want your money and don't help anybody as they just like Zynga with there games and you get better response from Steam if any problems in couple hours, these here take weeks to do anything if do at all...

    You could do without the pugnacious attitude towards the support team for a problem that was ultimately caused by your own mistake. You screwed up by linking the wrong account to Steam, that's your screw up and no one elses.

    Be a little more polite and humble towards the people whom you expect help from for a f/ck up of your own doing. They'll try to help you anyway regardless of your attitude towards them but the process goes by much smoother for everyone involved when there is at least a basic level of politeness involved from the guy asking for help.
