I honestly believe the if I’m running 10k electronics and put Smart Cover down with mods to increase the effectiveness of the buff. I should not be melted like butter left in the dessert. Also if my firecrest 6 piece is 10k electronics. I should not have to wear an inventive backpack to do the same damage as someone with 4K firearms. Same thing with 30 stacks tactician with inventive backpack. My sticky bomb shouldn’t one shot but they should be close enough to deaths door that my marshmallow shooter finishes the job. Also if they don’t have any electronics then they should suffer not getting much from any of the damaging skills. For example, fire turrets shouldn’t burn targets nearly as often, sticky bombs shouldn’t even take a bar of health. Healing skills shouldn’t do much either.
First off some context pls. One shot from what? Players or ai mobs?
Those aside.... I run a 10k reclaimer and yes it can be one shoted outside its station range. Theres nothing wrong with that. Infact unless you put some pts into STA I would say you definitely could be one shotted, though when it happens to me its mostly cause Im focused by 2 or more enemies.
I dont use SC but I do use SB and I can one shot alot of enemies with it. Even gold LMB. But it depends on the type. So I would assume theres more to

Massive never adjusted Pvp modifiers for seekers, turrets or stickies since stamina went back up to 30. At least not that I know of.... Sure as hell been no silent buff either. If they would adjust the modifiers it's game on. But the pvp players tears would be worse then losing the striker crutch. They'd surely lose their s**t.
They actually did adjust the PVP modifier the same exact time they buffed Stamina. Problem was they nerfed it instead of leaving it alone or buffing it so when that update hit, skill builds got hit twice, less initial power and then add the extra stamina and they have been effectively rendered useless or a side-show in PVP.Originally Posted by Andrewszed Go to original post

Yep, it was the update that killed my spirit in the Division. Up until that point, i hadnt had a FA build since the M1A. My tactician or Firecrest were always ready for any thing that i could throw at it in the game. After they killed skill i was forced to become what i hate, a robot that face tanks everything. I could run around for hours just farming and defend myself if someone wanted to try something but never the aggressor, after the update and the skills were no longer viable for defense, i had little choice but to go to the dark side. Now its to the point were i dont play very often and that just because its just not as fun. I like to blow stuff up and burn stuff with the excitement of someone trying to kill me in the DZ but now, while i can still blow and burn stuff until my hearts content, it lost its luster when i could no longer defend myself as well.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
