As you can see, i recovered my Exo suit, creating a new character in ghost mode, destroying 2 cartel leaders, and El Sueño.

The rest, i recovered when i broke the first leader, but it was lacking the helmet, and i recovered completing the game again.

You need to reach level 30 again to unlock the another colors.

Don't trust Ubisoft will repair this. It's better you do all again. Sad, but It will take less time than this terrible Support.

It's better make 50% of the game again instead waiting the support.

I'm glad this as worked for you! I played it the first time getting to tier 24 then died then on loading back up the exo suit is locked. So now I'm playing again and still in the game at tier 19 and the exo suit is still locked. I'll carry on till i fall but looks like a long wait till Ubestupid to buy a game from us give us a fix
