So I am getting on rainbow six siege and I join into a casual match, they were kicking a person in casual and I accepted the vote to kick, about a minuet later, I get kicked and it says banned permanently for toxic behavior?!?! please can I be helped with unbanning my account I don't understand?

That is why I turn off my chat box, stopped kicking individuals, no team killing (even though I never have), if I accidently shoot my team mate I instantly yell sorry through microphone and then I hope I don't have any problems.
