Delta errors are connection errors, but this can be a sever issues or an issue with you connecting to the server.
While I can understand it's frustrating, we need to confirm that the players have run through the connection troubleshooting. At best this resolves the issue and at worst it confirms that their own connection is as stable as possible.
Are you seeing the error in a specific place or after a specific action?

okay so i am on xbox one and i have been getting that error since the gloable event started for the first day it was working fine but now everytime i get in a mission it keeps lagging then after the lag it says disconnected due to error c delta i did everystep and still getting the same thing i tried playing with another account and character but it gave the same thing so how can i fix that

I've been dropped at least 10 times in the past 2 hours. trying to play the the subway morgue mission to rescue mike rhodes. also dropped while in base. Every time I get dropped I receive the Delta C-0-1302 error. I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE CONNECTIVITY TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE @

My connection is strong.
I forwarded the specified ports.
My ISP is not blocking/throttling.
All other games/services are working as expected.
Please provide a level of service beyond the troubleshooting guide.
I also have been getting DELTA C-0-1302 & MIKE C-25-414 errors (Over 30+ a day since the Event started). Also while playing the bad guys will disappear and my gun will stop shooting even when I do get it to fire and it reloads it won't shoot.
I have done all the Events except Stolen Signal (Because the DELTA C-0-1302 & MIKE C-25-414 errors keeps making me fail the mission - Done Stolen Signal 4 times and these error cause a FAIL)
I'm Microsoft and Cisco Certified and Networks are my life - I have Gigabit Internet and my Ping to Xbox Servers is 5ms
I have used multi DNS Servers and still getting tons of DELTA C-0-1302 & MIKE C-25-414 errors with 30+ a day of DELTA C-0-1302 & MIKE C-25-414 errors

This is my 2nd Global Event and the 1st one I didn't have any problems - This Global Event is getting Crazy with
I started getting the DELTA C-0-1302 & MIKE C-25-414 errors ever since the Global Event started and this might make my decision if I buy Division 2 (The Division has been out for a long time and If it has these problems then why should I buy Division 2)
I don't have these connection problems with any of my 290 other games, So that right there is telling you it's a Ubisoft Server problem.
I have even had my ISPs Main Line Technician's come out and do a full check
So hmmmm = Ubisoft Please fix your Servers
