I have had an email saying that I have had an unusual log in attempt, I have logged in to Ubisoft to change my password but when I request the email it is not being sent therefore I cannot change my password and I am worried that my account is exposed, please treat this as a matter of urgency

Hi, Claire. Please send me a private message with more information about this account issue. If the account you are using here on the forums is the same account, I do see one successful login attempt. I've sent a password reset request to the email linked to the account. Please tell me in the private message whether you received that email. Please also tell me what email address you are attempting to access. It may be a different email address than the one you expected.
