My exo suit is re-locked at tier 1, Ubisoft I need a fix. | Forums

I hit tier 1 about 2 weeks ago & was happy with the gold exo suit. But yesterday my game crashed & when I re-logged in, everything was set to default & all my exo suit parts were re-locked. I posted a discussion on steam & a buddy helped by saying re-do any mission for a exo-part. So I did & it unlocked only the base military exo, what about my Blue/chrome & Gold/carbon one, it is still locked.
Please help me with a fix as it was a difficult grind to get that Gold exo.

So it begins after activating Tier One Mode ... I thought there's a sudden bug in the game.
Happened to me, too. Strange also, other DLC items where listed as "new" like the Extranjeros weaponry.

It seems fixed now? I just reconnect and re-logged in.
