I know Season 2 is practically still in development, but I was wondering if it gets a discount any time soon?
I like some of the content it has, especially the HK416 and the helmet with panoramic night vision goggles, but €30,- is just too much for that (and early acces to Operations 3 and 4)
I personally think it should have never cost more than €15,- to begin with, but it is as it is.
To be quite honest I've been disappointed enough times by what passes for Season pass content, that I never buy the pass anymore until all the items are out / announced and individually priced.
and I'm not just talking about Ubisoft, plenty other companies have included barely adequate Cosmetic items as part of a season pass and called it content that was supposedly worth 10$ or more.
Season pass for year 2 is not worth it IMO..
This is coming from someone who bought it and has done nothing but regret it since. It really offers nothing for the price and unless they add something worth while for it then I would advise any potential buyers to stay clear.
Season pass for year 1 was much much better in terms of value for money and it’s unbelievably that Ubisoft gimped their customers with the year 2 so hard!
Oh well more fool me I guess but at least I can try save others from making the same mistake.
Guys, I am sure there is a webpage that tells you exactly what you will be getting for SO2 and other any other DLC packages out there... if you can't be bothered to check how can you blame UBI for it (not that the prices aren't asinine but again, if people pay for it they will not go away anytime soon!).
I do not think I have ever seen as much confusion about content in a game as I have seen with Ghost Recon Wildlands... That wasn't the point of this topic, though. I just wanted to know if it was going to get a discount soon, because €30,- is just insanely unreasonable to charge, to say the least.Originally Posted by GiveMeTactical Go to original post
I genuinly get somewhat pissed off about this whole money thing every time I write a post in regards to it. Honestly, even your stereotype Jew wouldn't be able to justify the prices Ubisoft charges... The only way to truly let them know this, other than feedback, is indeed to not pay for it. Not the price they are asking now anyway.
I honestly don't mind paying for extra content, but like stated before it should never be more than €10,-, unless it's a full scale DLC like Narco Road or Ghost War, then €15,- would be justified if the DLC in question offers enough content. I mean, some of the content added to Year 2 is actually charged seperately aswell. Once again, even your stereotype Jew can not justify that.
