    error code 7-00000005 for 3 weeks

    logged into the game 3 weeks ago.
    Past the start menu got met with error code 7-00000005 found out it meant the servers were under maintenance and decided to try the next day.

    Tried the the next day and still got error code 7-00000005, left it for three days and tried again. Still getting error code 7-00000005.
    This time i look for the fixes for the error code, try every fix and test the game after each one and none of them seem to work and give up for that day.

    Keep checking to see if its fixed every now and then, still not fixed and its been about three weeks at this point.
    I don't even play this game much, it just really gets under my skin.

    Hi SymbolShift! I'm sorry that you're experiencing connection issues. Just to double check, you've tried all of these steps? If you have, please make sure to create a support ticket with your MSINFO, DXDIAG and a screenshot of your port forwarding. Feel free to comment your ticket number below and I'll look into it.

    put in a ticket the ticket number is 06835032 unless im mistaken. i think i might of screwed up the port forwarding but i couldnt find anything else similar. also im a bit of an idiot to be honest.

    Unfortunately the ports don't seem to be correct, if you ring Sky they will be more than happy to help you with this.
