Ubi, why do You spoil Division?

Dear Ubisoft, for some time i noticed a drastic increase of cheaters. It seems that Your anti-cheat system is inefficient. There are rumors that You allow to cheats, because You earn money fot this by selling them. Im not telling it is true, I just repeat the rumors. I just wanted to stress this problem and tell You: Take care of good Division players!
If You, players, agree with me, write comment.

I don't think they directly profit from them. I think they allow them cause they don't want to put resources, whether money or people to deal with them.

They don't encourage cheating really but they know whats going on as far as what kind of cheating and or hacking is going on with their games, but they also know a cheating gamer is surely going to keep playing ie spending money so its not like their in a big hurry to stop it. I've heard the only real time they crack down is when said cheating/hacking actually comes as a result of someone actually messing with the games (or IP) code as its trademarked and they can actually sue. Not sure thats what I heard from time playing FFARR
