    [Suggestion] More complex Season Challenges

We're half-way into the Season 6 challenges and I must say I feel that while it's a neat idea to keep people interested, it's not developed enough to fully use its potential. So I started thinking about what it could look like and here's a couple of ideas:

    1) Daily challenges.

The challenges we got yesterday were pretty neat, but completing all three of them (plus the fourth, i.e. Task Force Challenge) took me around an hour, and that included a lot of trial and error, including situations, where I'd be at 4/5 CQC takedowns and would get spotted by some guy who wandered in from somewhere. So perhaps a better idea would be to offer just one challenge, but rotate them on a daily basis with a reward of, say, 50 Prestige Points.

    Some suggestions for daily challenges:
    - kill 5 SB captains from at least 400 meters away without being seen
    - kill 3 SB lieutenants using mines without being seen
    - neutralize 5 generators using EMP drone
    - kill 5 snipers using CQC takedowns
    - rob 1 of each type of convoy (Gas, Meds, Comms, Food) without using any vehicles

    2) Weekly challenges.

These would be more complicated and would require cooperation from the community (pretty much like the community challenges that we have now). There could be 2 progress bars here, one would be directly related to the challenge (like kill X sicarios), one would be filled by "progress points" generated by the community completing daily challenges. Completing a weekly challenge would give you 450 Prestige Points plus something like a weapon paint, camo pattern or a patch.

    Weekly challege suggestions:
    - kill 2 million Unidad soldiers
    - kill 500k SB heavies using SMGs
    - destroy 100k Unidad helicopters
    - neutralize 250k SAM sites
    - destroy 250k SB vehicles using mines

    3) Monthly challenges.

These would obviously be the most time consuming and would require even more cooperation from the community, but the rewards would also be significant. Similarly to the Weekly challenges, this time there would be THREE progress bars: one for completing the challenge itself, one for completing Daily Challenges and one for completing the Weekly challenges. The payout would depend on how many "parts" of the Monthly Challenge were completed. If only the challenge itself were completed, participating players would get 800 Prestige Points and a 30 minute XP booster. If one of the progress bars (Daily or Weekly) was filled, we'd get 1200 Prestige, 3x1-hour XP boosters, a resource pack worth 2k of each resource (so that we'd get a boost if we wanted to start a new character) and a patch. If all three progress bars were filled (Daily, Weekly and Monthly), we'd get 2000 Prestige, a 24-hour XP booster, a resource pack worth 10k of each resource and a unique vehicle or a weapon.

    Monthly challenge suggestions:
    - kill 5 million SB using specific weapon type (e.g. "kill 5 million SB using SMGs")
    - destroy 500k SB helicopters using specific weapon type ("destroy 500k SB helicopters using ARs)
    - neutralize 1 million SAM sites using explosive drones
    - gather 100m of a specific resource
    - complete 100k Rebel Skill missions.

To make things more interesting, there could also be individual Monthly Challenges, that need to be completed by each player. These could be something along the lines of "kill 1 sicario using every weapon" (excluding DLC weapons and those exclusive to crates) or "kill 100 enemies with each weapon type" (so 100 with ARs, 100 with SMGs, 100 with shotguns and so on).

Another twist (just to keep people playing) would be the need to complete (i.e. fulfill the requirements plus manually accept the rewards, just like you do with Tier One rewards) at least one Daily Challenge in order to be eligible for the Weekly Challenge reward and at least one Weekly Challenge in order to be eligible for the Monthly Challenge reward. This will prevent people who don't play the game at the moment from being flooded with rewards for the past months/weeks when they come back to it.

    I see word complex.
    Am thinking over complicated !!
Seriously, play the game as you will but don't suggest to devs to make the game complicated grind!!

Uh... how is this making the game a complicated grind? We already have similar challenges in the game (weekly). If someone wants to do them, they do and they get extra rewards (just like you do if you play GM to get Prestige and exoskeleton parts). If not, it's not as if it's preventing you from playing the game.

TL/DR, but I sure hope you're not saying make them harder, because they have, and probably will again before season 6 is up, and those are not fun.

Ubisoft doesn't understand how to make things challenging and fun at the same time. When you say more complex, my fear is they take it way too far like they have in the past. Criminal abuse of the phrases "no HUD", "without killing anyone", and "using only a toothbrush" come to mind. And ******* I swear if I never see "no HUD" again, it'll be too soon. I f***ing hate that sh*t.

Anyway, if that's not what you meant, I apologize and carry on.

No. Not harder. But make them more varied, add more of them and improve the rewards.

For one thing, are these personal challenges, or community challenges? If they are individual challenges, it would be a mindless grind, because those numbers are way too high. For example, your suggestion of collecting 1 million of a specific resource. That would require a player, outside of Tier One, to tag 200 convoys, and even if it only took 5 minutes to find and tag the appropriate convoy, it would still take around 16 hours to complete.

No, I specifically said that both weekly and monthly would be community challenges. I realize that would be a bit too much for one player

While I agree that the Challenges (and Special Operations) are severely lacking, I’m more annoyed that you can’t work towards them in Ghost Mode.

If they make any changes, allowing Challenges to be accessible in Ghost mode in addition to the standard Campaign should be the first thing they do.
