The public lobbies already launch with 2.
Make the "Play Suggested Maps" launch with 2 players as well.
People will be able to actually play more, instead of relying on regionally accessible people to host.
2 players to launch, for all types of lobbies.
Another added benefit of this is that players will get to use the Voting system that has been implemented.
When players host, the session gets stale fast unless they are following new and interesting maps, after playtesting them to ensure they are good enough to play in a lobby and not have everyone rage quit.
Actually, you should be able to start said match by yourself. Back in FCIP, you can open a lobby, start the match with nobody in it, and run around until people join in-game. (Then if you wanted to, restart the match)
That way your just not sitting in a lobby by yourself waiting and waiting. Its funny everyday I realize how Ubisoft gives us a less advanced lobby system than a game that came out 12 years ago.
Give the host full control.
Another thing i can complain about while I'm at it, the arcade needs a mute all option. Again, in 2018, Ubisoft cant give us a mute all option.
It absolutely infuriates me that I cannot balance the teams.
I cannot kick players.
I cannot use the grouping system because it doesn't work.
And remaking the lobby ends up losing players.
So the answer is having an unbalanced team decimate the other while they ragequit?
The only way to solve THAT is playing DM games after one team in TDM wins by 20...
Assuming everyone doesn't just quit after getting absolutely slaughtered.
>Is the answer just to leave my own lobby, rejoin and even the teams?
>So that the guys in OZ and NZ who wait for me to host get disconnected when the game assigns host to some dude in FL?
>Then the lobby implodes
>weeeeee
You are here.
Here is a post from one of the Aussie Players:
Still something we the community would like to see.Hi Heath,
I'm guessing you must be an aussie. I live in Brisbane and yours is the only lobby with a decent enough ping for me to connect to, you may have seen me a few times. How often do you set up a lobby? I'm keen to play online more often and improve my skills/learn map layouts as you may have seen I suck a bit at the moment. I also like mapping and hope to have a decent map out one day if I can get round to finishing one of the many I have started.
cheers
