Yeah I don't know what to start with you , There are alot of problems in this game that Ubisoft isn't focusing on or the small devs aren't doing a great job in the rebalancing / fixing meta , Few months now and we hadn't got a season were it's just fixing / rebalancing heroes that are currently either broken or REALLY underpowered and a deathwish to pick against other heroes.
There are Hero Tiers in this game that need rebalancing or nerfs or even buffs.
(TIER LIST)
S - Strong (Need slight nerf / rebalance , or too strong and require a nerf to go to A tier)
A - A-Okay (BALANCED , Good Spot for heroes and where should all Heroes be)
B - Not bad , Not Good (Needs a few more touches or buffs to ascend in A Tier , Other heroes can have advantage over this tier.)
C - Underpowered or Not Good (Urgent reworks / buffs to sustain actual gameplay of hero)
I know I'm saying what is already known and what is already discussed but it needs to really happen , Why just make all heroes in A Tier but at the same time have unique attacks / gameplay styles.
The second thing I want to talk about is the TTS (Technical Test Server) , well its not a surprise that Ubisoft can't sustain control over their own servers due to DDOS attacks but we really need it , If Ubisoft is too focused on making new DLC / gamemodes , we can just have a seperate server to test heroes and rebalance everyone , AND ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOUR FANS / PLAYERS instead of just playing with each other and calling out the shots like we aren't existant , Now you can look up a tier list in season 7 to see who needs rebalancing and stuff.
Now one last optional thing , Is the UI and Customization , we still have the same pale UI from the Open Beta and its needs to be determinant of which team you are on instead of this (straight line with orange / blue icon) at least make it more subtle , and the UI change is needed for customization which ill explain here.
The current customization we have is so limited especially in color patterns , What if we want to make a full black / white / other color set? Now there are colors for that but they are mostly in neutral and some people want to show it off in 4v4s / 2v2s. The Apollyon Legacy was a great event and it should come back as well for more players to grind for it.
Now the reason being is that if we change the UI so it would be easier to determine which team are players on , it wouldn't be needed to have color patterns just for Attack / Defend. And it should be kept at Neutral. (If possible let us make our own colors and patterns on our heroes.)
I know this is alot of stuff but its one of the most important things that will make the game actually fair to most people who use their favorite hero instead of just being forced to use a good hero they don't like just to win. And No getting gud isn't an option as even if 2 players with the same skill level get to fight each other but one of them uses an underpowered character and the other player uses for example Conqueror , Conqueror would win the fight or would have the higher chance.
P.S This is all I have for now but the whole Season 9 thing should be like Rainbow Six Siege's Operation Health (And actually not make it a disaster like siege) c:

Im still amazed that some characters can just sit in the C tier for so long and they dont get any buffs in the slightest. Each season they just get swept under the rug and are given no attention. At this point if you play a character in the C tier just find a new game. Just look at poor Aramusha. He just came out not to long ago and hes C tier. Its going to be sometime NEXT YEAR until they address or even buff him.
Not to meantion shugoki, the guy whos been bottom of C tier since season 2 still has not gotten a rework or buff since that epic nerf. At this point they are clear in their intentions.
Some characters they just dont care for. You can fill the forums with requests but they fall on deaf ears.
