Same info on reddit if you don't want to watch the video.

I was gonna make a post but Ill do my thing here.
Based on Epic Slayers video

- I thought being included into the beta was random from signing up? Was that just to see interest in the game while the majority of beta players will endup being from preording the game? Miss leading if that's the case. Or is there different betas?
- The Hazmat 2.0 outfit looks very kool, and same with the shotgun. But I hope it doesn't end up like the Defiler in Div1; completely useless in the endgame.
- Need to know ASAP what the year 1 pass is.
- The ultimate edition $160AUD is pretty absurd. That's like buying the game twice
- The elite agent pack, the gun looks kool, not sure what the skill icon is but as long as it isn't a unique skill that can't be obtained unless you pay $160AUD I'm ok with it (maybe skill skin or unique visual effect for a skill? That'd be kool), and if the stash icon is to do with additional stash space as Epic Slayers thinks. If that's the case that's a real scumbag move even if there is enough stash space or not. The stash is a basic function of the game for everyone and it should be equal for everyone.
- The First Responder pack, personally doesn't look very good.
- The battle worn Secret service pack looks very kool.
Overall, it all looks good but I hope you can't pay for additional stash space (Scumbag move if so), the Ultimate addition is very expensive for what has been presented in it so far but we don't know what the season pass is for year 1. Since year 1 gameplay content is free, what could it be?
How can additional stash space give anyone an unfair advantage when there is more than enough space at the outset?Originally Posted by RushLoongHammer Go to original post
It's like paying for an emote: My ability to blow you a raspberry before I end you in the DZ hardly offers me an undue advantage. Same with extra space: Nice to have but hardly an advantage when you consider that I don't need it to begin with.
Now if there is NOT ENOUGH space to begin with, now that will obviously be different. Somehow I think that particular scenario won't play out so any knee-jerk reactions now are premature at best.
"The Elite Agent pack, including [...] an exclusive skill effect "
Uh oh..
Now here's my only complaint:
PLEASE DO NOT LET THE SPAS BECOME USELESS AFTER A COUPLE OF LEVELS. If it's a level 1 or 4 or whatever shotgun, there better be some way for me to upgrade it to have level 30 stats once I reach that level.
Same with the exotic AR.
Not saying it'd give an unfair advantage.Originally Posted by Goo-Goo-Man Go to original post
Also, is that the Ak74u?
True, cause we all know how we have to much "Stash Space" in TD. So I could see where concern about the "Stash" being big enough wouldn't be on anyone's mind right now. Especially, when for a few extra bucks they are giving you more from the top.Originally Posted by Goo-Goo-Man Go to original post
Div1 had very low stash in the beginning, and after lots and lots of complaining and lots of months, they bumped it up a few times to an amount that's fair... and it was all free and the same for everyone. But Ill presume they'll be nice and not lower stash space to encourage people to buy more stash space. Scumbag level 10/10 if they did that.
Touching a part of the game with MTX that shouldn't be touched is my issue.
The evolution of this might be paying for more loadout slots.
Or paying for a larger DZ extraction Stash.
All things that wont give an advantage to a player, but systems that in the first place have no reason to be bad touched by MTX.
Instead of coming up with fair creative interesting MTX, stash space could be monetized :\
