On the map there is an island that should not be there

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is set 431 BCE right? On the map there is Thera islands. You can see 4 islands, but 2 of them wasn't visible at that time. I have read several web pages and all them say that Nea Kameni island became visible on 1707 and Palea Kameni hundreds years earlier but after 431 BCE. In the Odysseys map middle of the Thera islands there is circular island witch you can see on maps from these days. But based on several web pages they should not be on Odysseys map.
I really don't mind, I'm just curious what for they are there

Who cares.... The real map of Greece is very different from the game map which is only an artistic depiction of Greece, showing approximately 30 islands while in reality there are 2000 isles.
