This is Michael Harvey from San Diego, CA. I can't get into the For Honor game on XBOX One ever since it was updated on the 16th of August 2018. It keeps saying, "Connection Failed. The For Honor servers are unavailable at this time. Try again later." I looked up the code that explains this connection issue and performed all of the troubleshooting procedures explained for me to fix this; unsuccessful. I even tried to reboot my router; also, unsuccessful. Are the servers down? I checked online with other players; some say theirs' still work and some don't. I can't get into the For Honor's Reigning Inferno Event which last from Aug 16 - Aug 30 and I've lost 5 days of this event because of this glitch. Can you check to see what's the problem? I know its not me. Everything's working on my end.

I just picked up the starter edition for free on steam, and when I started the game for the first time, I got an error saying "Untrusted System File - windows/system32/(I forgot the name of it but it was a dll that probably had to do with directx). So I looked online, and people said to run the game as admin, so I did. I was able to get to the contacting server screen until i saw that the server was unreachable with code 7-00000005. I have not yet figured out a way to fix this error.

Today is the 24th of August 2018. I can’t play for honor. I keep getting blocked by the “cannot connect to Ubisoft servers” message.
