Try to play some ranked. The higher rank you will get, the more conqueror you will see, and he is still way better than the warden. You just have to hit down the stamina bar, and that's it, you won the game. You also have an infinite chain if you want to be fancy, but you shouldn't if you wish to win the game.
The meta is about who has the best bashes right now, and conq is easily winning that competition. I think that the only real competition is offensive stance highlander.
