Good day to all,
i notice that was not given to me some club rewards that i think i fullfield the requirements to have them. One is having assassins creed black flag, i do have the game, actually i have more than one AC on my account. the second reward is for you to have played the open beta, closed beta, etc... I actually played the beta and with a friend. So i do not understand why i do not have this two rewards.
About Ghost recon network, i already chat, did all requierents asked to have the reward but also i do not have.
to finish, under splinter cell reward is not clear for me what you have to do but i also have the game.
All this because i was under the spell of buying some games with the discount and i was to check the club rewards. Damn!

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support regarding this, they can have a look at the stats and requirements. Make sure you take screenshots to show that you have fulfilled the requirements when you submit your ticket.
