So I've bought this game recently on my ps4. When I got my 1st rep I went straight into ranked games. And so after 15 ranked games I got my bronze I rank. I was ashamed of this and decided to play more to gain rank. But the problem is everytime I end a ranked game (win or lose) I get +0% on to my rank. It hasn't changed even so I've played iirc 20-30 ranked games (with ppl who have and haven't their rank).

I would contact ubisoft support. It seems like something that needs a proper fix and not just something you as the user can do.
