So I'm trying to get the Cartel T Shirt, it tells me I need a key?
Where on Earth do I get a key.
I've Googled it and that led me to a promotion where you have to join Twitch Prime...
I've joined Twitch Prime and the promo does not exist....I think I'm like a year too late...
Either way there's gotta be a way to get a Key..

You already answered it yourself. You're a year too late. More actually. The key was from Twitch stream before the game was released.
