    Refunds?

In the past some players where offered refunds when they nerfed mystic. If I have team mates that bought packs just to get enough materials to upgrade their commons, are they eligible to a fair refund due the last big change of the update?

    Hi Void,

All cards are subject to balance changes and balance changes are not cause for refunds.

    Hello Buck,

Thanks for the reply. I understand how balance changes couldn't be a cause for a refund (even though it happened in the past when mystic lost their wings), however I think this should be the case as long as the changes are reasonable and empathetic with the players, which I think it didn't happen this time around since the update was close to an ambush, considering we do need a lot of different materials to upgrade our cards.

I know you have to disagree and disregard my opinion because you guys as a whole decided to make this move, but to add to the rest of my feedback I just have to agree with the rest of the people, that this should've been executed in stages if it was gonna end up in players removing cards from their decks, removing their now lost investment. Balances should make us have a choice, not to force us to remove the investment. F2P players draw a simple plan around their cards, they marry to them if you will, this update was truly a home breaker for some people, if you guys carried the buffs in stages and let us know of such a process, we could've adapted better.

    Actually it's not true,

All the change Redlynx without any notification aren't fair for players who spend moths raising certains cards nor buying specials offers that 1 day after got nerfed totally.

Sorry to tell you that but it's called scam, and IOS is refunding all purchased made in the game 90 days from now.

Thanks for the clarification, so iOS refunds are possible after all, it's too bad that people who wish for this refund have to give up their accounts, but some people were about to quit without even getting this, so ty.

Actually if you ask for a refund you don't lose your account.

You can still play the game.
