Survival down for 10÷ hours = Give us 1 free Cypher key per hour it was down

Its is not our fault . Survival has been down for 10+ hours..
Do your Paying Customers a Solid .
And give us a free Cypher key for every hour Survival was down..
    (seems fair,since 99% of decrypted Cache's = shoes.scarves.paints,backpack skins )

Besides the fact before the Division released and one od the Major selling points and reasons for me Purchasing the game was that the developers promised there would be NO Microtransactions in The Division :

The Division Won't Have Microtransactions, Ubisoft Says
    "Definitely no pay-to-win."

Ubisoft's upcoming third-person shooter The Division will not offer microtransactions. That's according to community manager Natchai Stappers, who sounded off on the subject recently on Twitter (via IGN). People who played The Division's beta may have noticed the existence of "Phoenix Credits," but it sounds like these will not be available to buy with real-money, instead earned through gameplay exclusively.

@Tovarisc_ There will be no microtransactions, and definitely no P2W

So how bout it.. since you Promised no Microtransactions.. then added them..

How about some 20 free Cypher Keys as a appology for the 10 to 15 hour down time (since there should not be a cash shop ingame in the first place)

Hy does everyone feel that they deserve something every time the game has an issue. Does your boss dock you pay for going to the bathroom? It's not like the servers were down for 3 days.

There shouldn’t be any compensation for this. It was made free to those who refuse to buy it. The errors were bound to happen. So if you feel entitled to compensation, maybe it shouldn’t be free for the week? You wanna do your shield? well guess you’d have to buy it.

    Meh..

I play tons of games.. that when the Develeopers screw up. And there is downtime or an update does crashes they give their players some stuff as a "hey we had an issue..here a lollipop".

Hell i play Lords Mobile..100% free to play game ..every maitenence they give you 600 gems and 8x training speed ups.. and if the update or maitenence takes longer than expected they double.triple. quadruple the amount they give you = a thank you to their customers.

Yeah it would be nice for Massive to give a little something (as stated one of the main reasons i Purchased the game was the Promise by the Developers that there would Never be Microtransactions in the game)

Im sorry.. if Developers giving their customers a little something as a thank you, and an apology upsets some people. /wierd

I personally find it quite nice whe
en developers respect their customers, and throw em a freebee when they screw the pooch.

Did you lose any hair in the process? Why do you feel you need to be compensated? I personally see no need for them to throw in a freeby; everyone can screw up, and an apology is more than sufficient. If you paid for a service by the hour with some kind of service level agreement in place, then yes, there would be merit for requesting compensation.

I think Massive also needs to fix my leaky bathroom tap because I was delta'ed in Survival.

This makes sense in what Universe?. I wh am a Paying Customer.
Who purchased the game And all the DLC.
Should have to Buy my Shield /baffling...

becuase the reason for it is that they added it FREE for those who refuse to Buy It?

    A) I paid full Price pre-ordered and purchased the Season pass.
    B) i should be able to Earn Anything in a Pay to Play game by actually Playing the game.. (i should not have to spend a dime in a cash shop... $5 swipe of the credit card should never trump a Player who spends Over 1000 Hours of their Life .... you can always get another $5 ... can Massive refund me over 1000 hours of my life?.. NO..

There is only one thing in this world that is worth anything .. and that is "TIME".. we all have a limited amount.

And when Microtransactions for $1 is Greater and pf more importance to a company than a person who plays your game for 1000 to 3000+ hours, you are not only completely disrespecting them as a customer ..
your actually spitiing in their face for Paying upfront to play their game that Promised would "Never have microtransaction".

The developers giving out a little something as a nice gesture for the 15 hour downtime is something Customer service at Any Business does... hell if i go to Burgerking and order a meal and they messit up. They replace it and usually super size the drink and fries as an appology.

Just becuase its a video game. And you do not actualy walk into a store for their products. Deos not mean they should not treat their customers like emoyees who just have to Deal with the bosses screw ups.. instead of treating them like Fans/Customers who were promised a service and that service was not delivered as promised.
