Are you talking about duel? 4v4? And 2% means the people who play him actually try. Im sure the stats would be alot different if more people played him. But the only people that do are either fresh noobs or dedicated shugoki mains that know their counters pretty well.

He still needs a rework either way.

I remember that they said before any of the current reworks happened they want to rework every character from the current roster. DLC heroes come last.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped him to work on dlc characters first over him.
