Yes exactly. Everything thing in this game is becoming bash and spam lights.

Its sad because you know if they dont go this route he wont be S tier. And I really want to see shugoki in the S tier.

Goki fix is easy. I swear. Just give him the Kensai treatment. Not OP but well rounded. It's all I need!!!!!!

1.) Sumo like open fist push equal to Cent/ Highlander kick
2.) The ability to fake out/ Cancel DE (If they nerf it then they need to make it faster and take away that dumb debuff you get for missing. Bad enough you get a free hit when he miss)
3.) A mix up for them UBER slow heavies (either make them faster or let me switch it up like Kensai)

Easier said than done. We have no clue what they are going to do with shugoki, They talk about every other character but basically pretend like this guy doesnt exist.

I wish they just left Val alone. Damage... Great. Everything else they did send like a nerf in disguise with the move stuff they took from her she has no defense and no way of countering spammers. She had a great opener that few knew about but it's gone now. She sucks and the rework was more of a debuff with steroids added in. She is now akward with no flow. I don't want them to touch shug cuz they will just make him worse to play.

I believe the key word was "buffed" not reworked. Thats a huge difference for the heros like shugoki and armausha that need straight up more moves to compensate for the current meta. If you buff shugoki back to what he was season 1. He would be broken not balanced. And thats all they can really do at this point. Either make heros unbalanced and OP. Or rework them to try to make them as a balanced as they can in this meta.

yeah, he said State of Balance. But all rework are basically buff. Shugoki and aramusha are straight up trash tier. The need a buff not a rework.

They do need buffs but lets be real, ubi only buffs high tier characters and doesn't even touch the bottom tier unless they are memes all over reddit.

They said they were looking to buff shugoki like 2 weeks ago and still nothing in terms of short term buffs like better attack speed or reducing the god awful 25% extra damage on him. I still think they are going to buff other characters than him first and still, if he gets any buffs they will be accompanied by nerfs in one way or another. They can never justify buffing this guy with out giving him insanely hard counters to go with it.

I mean if you like a character thats in the bottom tier just get use to ubi taking a **** all over your fun time. At this point im ready to just drop it until they actually start responding on why its taking so long to even address these characters. So many need minor buffs but still they just leave them unchanged or it looks like they dont even test them vs reworked characters.
At this point why even try to play them? They should just delete them at this point if its taking this long to address them.

i agree, 100% agree. They don't look at bottom tier characters. They should have put them as captains on the battlefield. Not useable by players.
